2) In developing an emergency management program, each minister of the Crown and each designated company, board, commission and other branch of government shall establish and regularly monitor and assess the varied hazards and dangers to public security that would give rise to emergencies and determine the amenities and different parts of the infrastructure for which the minister or company, board, commission or department is responsible that are prone to being affected by emergencies. 2.2) Every minister of the Crown and each designated agency, board, commission and different department of authorities shall provide data on the hazards and dangers identified below subsection (2) and the associated data described in subsection (2.1) to the Chief, Emergency Management Ontario yearly and at every other time requested by the Chief.
